Privacy Policy
AllAboutApps Inc.
Last updated: June 08, 2026
At AllAboutApps Inc. ("we", "our", or "us"), we respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile applications ("Apps") and related website features collect, use, disclose, and process information.
For the purposes of this Policy, "personal information" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be linked to an individual.
AllAboutApps Inc. is responsible for the personal information described in this Policy, except where a third-party service provider acts as an independent controller or processor under its own privacy policy.
1. Our General Approach
Our Apps are designed to keep most activity on your device.
Many features process the information you enter locally on your device. We do not operate our own servers to store the contents you create or manage in most App features.
However, certain services may process limited information where needed to provide app functionality, advertising, analytics, purchases, synchronization, diagnostics, security, support, or website features. These services may include Apple, Google, Microsoft, and other platform or service providers described below.
2. Information Processed on Your Device
Many App features run locally. Information such as calculations, utility inputs, saved entries, counters, preferences, and similar app content may be processed and stored on your device.
Where a feature supports iCloud synchronization, some app content or app-state data may sync through Apple iCloud or CloudKit using your Apple account and Apple's infrastructure. We do not operate our own server for that synced app content.
3. iCloud and CloudKit Synchronization
Some App features may use Apple iCloud or CloudKit to support synchronization, backup, feature continuity, trial status, entitlement-related functionality, or cross-device use.
Depending on the feature, data may be stored in Apple-managed iCloud or CloudKit databases associated with your Apple account or with the App's functionality. This processing is handled through Apple's services and is subject to Apple's terms and privacy policies.
We use CloudKit only to provide and maintain App functionality. We do not use your iCloud or CloudKit content for advertising.
4. Advertising
Where ads are shown in our Apps, advertisements may be provided by Google AdMob or similar advertising partners.
To provide, personalize, limit, secure, and measure ads, advertising partners may process information such as:
- device information;
- advertising identifiers, where permitted by your device settings and applicable law;
- approximate location;
- app usage information;
- ad interaction information;
- diagnostic or fraud-prevention information.
This information may be used for third-party advertising, ad measurement, ad personalization, fraud prevention, frequency capping, reporting, and related advertising purposes.
Depending on your settings, applicable law, and partner practices, advertising data may be used to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
We do not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of selling data for payment. However, certain disclosures to advertising partners for personalized advertising, ad measurement, or cross-context advertising may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" under some privacy laws.
You can limit certain advertising-related processing through your device settings, App Tracking Transparency choices, advertising settings, consent controls, and privacy choices described in this Policy.
5. App Tracking Transparency
Where required by Apple, the App asks for your permission before allowing tracking for advertising or related purposes.
You may allow or deny tracking permission. You can change your choice at any time in: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Declining tracking permission may limit ad personalization, but it does not prevent the App from working.
6. Analytics, Diagnostics, and Website Interaction Data
We may use analytics and diagnostic tools to understand how the Apps and website are used, improve usability, identify crashes, measure performance, and prioritize product improvements.
In the Apps, we may use services such as Google Firebase Analytics or platform-provided diagnostic tools. These services may process information such as app version, device type, operating system version, general usage information, feature interaction events, crash reports, and performance data.
On our website, including experimental or early-stage web features, we may use analytics and usability services such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. These services may process information such as browser type, device information, general geographic region, pages visited, clicks, scroll behavior, interaction patterns, technical information such as IP address where applicable, heatmaps, and session replay or session recording data.
Session replay or recording tools are used to understand website usability and improve website design. We do not use these tools to intentionally collect sensitive information. Where supported, we use reasonable settings or safeguards designed to avoid collecting unnecessary sensitive content.
Analytics and diagnostics are used to improve our Apps and website. We do not use analytics data to directly identify you.
7. Purchases and Subscriptions
Subscriptions, in-app purchases, and other App Store transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store.
We receive entitlement or purchase-status information necessary to unlock purchased features, manage access, restore purchases, prevent misuse, and provide customer support.
We do not collect or store your payment card number or full payment credentials. Payment processing is handled by Apple.
8. Health Data
Some features may request access to Apple Health data, where supported and only with your permission.
If you grant permission, Health data is read only for the feature you choose to use. Health data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
We do not use Health data for advertising, analytics, or sale to third parties.
You can change Health permissions at any time in the Apple Health app or iOS Settings.
9. Website and Experimental Web Features
Our website may include informational pages, support pages, product pages, and experimental or early-stage web-based tools.
These website features may use analytics, cookies, similar technologies, heatmaps, and session replay tools to understand traffic, improve design, detect errors, and evaluate whether certain features should be improved or added to our Apps.
Where required by applicable law, we request consent before using certain cookies, analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies.
Website analytics may be processed by third-party providers such as Google and Microsoft, subject to their respective privacy policies.
10. Data Sharing and Service Providers
We may allow limited information to be processed by service providers and platform providers that help us operate, improve, secure, support, and monetize the Apps and website.
These providers may include:
- Apple, for App Store purchases, subscriptions, iCloud, CloudKit, diagnostics, and platform services;
- Google, for AdMob advertising, Firebase analytics, Google Analytics, diagnostics, and related services;
- Microsoft, for website analytics and usability tools such as Microsoft Clarity;
- other service providers used for hosting, support, diagnostics, security, or product operations.
We do not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of selling data for payment. We do not rent or trade personal information.
Certain disclosures to advertising or analytics partners may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" under some privacy laws, depending on how those laws apply.
Third-party providers process information according to their own terms, privacy policies, and applicable law.
11. California Privacy Choices
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under California privacy laws, including the right to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain sales or sharing of personal information.
Because some advertising-related disclosures may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California law, you may opt out by using the following controls where available:

- your consent;
- performance of a contract or provision of requested services;

- compliance with legal obligations.
For advertising, tracking, cookies, analytics, or similar technologies, we request consent where required by applicable law or platform rules.
13. Your Choices and Controls
You may control certain data processing through your device settings, App settings, website controls, or direct requests, including:

Some choices may affect the availability or behavior of certain features.
14. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
In general:
- local App data remains on your device unless you delete it, remove the App, or use an App feature that deletes it;
- iCloud or CloudKit data is retained according to Apple account settings, App functionality, and Apple's practices;
- purchase and entitlement information is retained as needed to provide access, restore purchases, prevent misuse, and comply with platform or legal requirements;
- analytics, diagnostics, advertising, and website data are retained according to the applicable provider's retention practices and our product improvement needs;
- support communications are retained as needed to respond to requests, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.
Information processed by third-party providers is retained according to their own retention practices and policies.
15. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information.
No method of transmission, storage, or processing can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
16. Children's Privacy
Our Apps and website are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child where parental consent was required, we will take appropriate steps to delete or limit that information.
Advertising and analytics services may have their own child-directed treatment, restricted processing, or age-related settings. We configure and use these services in a manner intended to be consistent with the general-audience nature of our Apps and website.
17. International Processing
Our Apps, website, service providers, and platform providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.
Where required, such processing is handled under applicable legal mechanisms and safeguards, which may include standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, data processing terms, or other lawful transfer mechanisms used by our service providers.

We may need to verify your request before responding.
19. Third-Party Links and User-Connected Services

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
20. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
