2. Grant of License: We grant you a non-transferable license to use AppBox on Apple-branded devices owned or controlled by you, in accordance with Apple’s usage guidelines.

3. Support and Maintenance: ALLABOUTAPPS is responsible for providing support and maintenance for AppBox. It is acknowledged that Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services.

4. Warranty and Refunds: ALLABOUTAPPS is accountable for product warranties. In the event of AppBox failing to comply with any applicable warranty, you may contact Apple for a refund of the purchase price. Beyond this, Apple bears no warranty obligations.

5. User Responsibilities and Liability: You agree to use AppBox responsibly, complying with all applicable laws and regulations. ALLABOUTAPPS is responsible for addressing any user or third-party claims related to AppBox, including product liability, legal compliance, and consumer protection issues.

6. Intellectual Property Rights: ALLABOUTAPPS will handle any intellectual property infringement claims arising from the use of AppBox.

7. Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that you are not located in any country under U.S. Government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism, and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited parties.
