AppBox Pro doesn't synchronize at all


Symptom:

AppBox Pro™ doesn't synchronized with your device at all.


Cause and Solution:

Make sure you have OS 3.0 installed.


Symptom:

AppBox Pro™ crashed all the time when you tap Dashboard and Currency.


Cause and Solution:

That problem comes when there is something in fault with device region format.

Please make sure your device region format and after set region format,

remove application and install it again.

You can find and set your device region format here.


In the home screen, tap "Settings".

Find "General" and tap it.

Find "International" and tap in.

Find "Region format" and set to your country or change to other

country and back to your country.


Remove AppBox Pro™ and install again.


It will solve your problem.
